I ate a crap lunch and then 5 easter eggs

I ate choc at work because it was there and I wasn't strong enough to not say no the first time due to an unsatisfying lunch.  I then got the taste of choc going and went back for seconds.

Lessons: Eat a better lunch, say no, and don't eat when I am bored - it only solves the problem for 30 seconds and leaves me feeling bad all day.

  1. Put some emergency plans in place so when you feel the urge to splurge, you do something else instead. It's all a learning and you will get better each day, each week. I believe the key is to be consistent.
